Come and join the Take Action for this great duathlon event. The 4.5km run, 15km cycle, and another 4.5km run around this flat track is a good step up before taking on a triathlon or if you're looking for a new sort of challenge.

The Take Action team will be there on the day to cheer you on. If you raise £20 or more for Action Medical Research we will send you one of our branded running vests so you stand out on the day and you will get a free massage after your race to help you cool down.

If you raise £250 we will send you a fab Polar running watch to help with your training.
