Have a Heart is the charity of the Heart radio network, and aims to improve the lives of children living in the local communities to which Heart broadcasts. We are currently supporting the amazing and inspiring work of Children's Hospices UK. In particular we are working with their hospices to further the delivery of care to seriously ill children in their own homes.

Believe it or not I have decided to take the challenge of a lifetime and spend 7 days climbing the Great Wall of China for Charity!!
Trekking up ancient steps, some of which are almost the same height as my 5ft3in frame. This is a considerable physical challenge especially for me and as the charity quite rightly states "its not for the faint hearted"!!
50% of the money raised from the Trek will support a new charity Have a Heart. Have a Heart’s vision is a better future for all our communities with this years focus on fundraising to help children who experience the negative effects of abuse, poverty, disability, homelessness or illness.
My charity will receive your money quickly and easy and if you are a UK taxpayer an extra 25% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
