The 35th Real Berlin Marathon offers you a flat fast route with its start and finish located in the heart of the capital next to Germany's most famous landmark, the Brandenburg Gate.

Lined with over one million spectators and live music at 60 locations around the 26.2 miles, the 2006 event boasted a field of more than 40,000 runners from over 100 nations.

If you're running your first marathon or are a seasoned marathon runner looking for a quick time or personal best, then the Berlin Marathon is for you with its extremely flat and fast course.
