The Disabilities Trust is today one of the UK's leading national charities, offering high quality care, rehabilitation and support for people with profound physical impairments, autism, acquired brain injury and learning disabilities. Our innovative services across the country include purpose-built residential accommodation, community-based housing, respite care, special education and community enabling services.
