Absolutely YES! This trip is suitable for people with a sense of adventure, who want to do a challenge for a great cause! A huge majority of your fellow cyclists will be in the same situation as you, not knowing anyone at the start but by the end I am sure you will have made some friends for life, an added bonus of this challenge!
You certainly do not have to be an athlete to complete this cycle but it is advised that you train in order to get the most from this experience. The cycle itself varies from tarmac roads to good dirt tracks and we provide a comprehensive suggested training programme, which will help you get prepared in the best way possible. Also never forget we are always on hand to help you with training tips in the lead up to departure.

YES! Once you have started you will find that raising the minimum sponsorship is easy and most importantly fun! We will provide you with a breakdown of examples of how to raise the sponsorship money in an enjoyable way and we will of course be available every day to help you with more ideas! You are doing something quite simply amazing so make sure you tell everyone you know, and before you know it you will be racing towards your fundraising target!

Yes! For a nominal administration fee your flight can be extended (subject to availability). This will give you the opportunity to discover more of this amazing country independently.
YES! One of our highly experienced tour reps will be on hand to help you in the lead up to the event. You will be sent a full confirmation pack shortly after you register on the event which will give you all the information you need but we are always here to make the event as enjoyable and hassle free as possible! And there will even be the opportunity to meet your fellow participants at a special gathering before the event!
One word - tasty! We shall enjoy delicious local Indian curries, dal and a variety of rich dishes. The food of India is extremely diverse as ingredients, spices and cooking methods vary from region to region.
No specialist kit is required though you will need to bring a sleeping bag and a gel saddle may be useful. We'll send you a full packing list when you register
Porters will carry your main luggage along the trail. You'll need to cary those essentials like water, sun tan lotion and a camera!

You will need to be over 18 but there is no upper age limit. If you are over 65 will just need to get a medical form signed by your doctor.
You must have travel insurance cover in order to participate in this challenge. You can either arrange this yourself (as long as your insurance company is aware of the nature of what you are doing and that it is a charity event) or we can help you arrange this.
