Hi everyone,
Thanks for visiting my website.
Seeing as I reached the big 50 on 16th Feb this year I decided to hunt out a personal challenge and make a difference for charity.
I have now trekked 120km of the Great Wall of China and what a truly awesome experience it was. I flew out to China on the 19th March with a group of strangers and I came back on the 28th March with a group of friends having all shared the challenge, fun, laughter, occasional tears and the most beautiful views of this amazing place.
This challenge was in support of the 'Have a Heart' charity which focuses on building a better future for the children living in our communities, those who are vulnerable, face adversity, are living with an illness or are deprived of the childhood that every young person deserves. With the money we have raised we can make some dreams come true for these children in our local area.
The challenge required that I raised a minimum of £2850, but we didnt stop there as you can see thanks to all the people who supported me.
Its still possible to make a donation any amount would be massively appreciated and would go a long way to helping the charity acheive its objectives.
Donating through this site is simple and my charity will receive your money quickly and easily. Also if you are a UK taxpayer an extra 25% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
Many thanks for all donations so far and to everyone who has supported me with various fundraising events including the Wedding Walk (wot a day that was so much fun) and Halloween Party (some scary people there that night lol).
Every penny makes a difference to children in our local area so please help us to help them.
