Join us for our sponsored 10k walk at Ulster American Folk Park this summer and raise money to help our Marie Curie Nurses continue providing care for terminally ill patients in your area.
Following the success of last year's Walk Ten at Ulster American Folk Park, which saw over 470 walkers to reach the £436,000 that Walk Ten 2011 raised for Marie Curie Cancer Care, we are delighted to announce another stunning walk taking place in Omagh.
Join the celebrations
Enjoy a twilight stroll along the world famous Irish emigrant trail as you journey from the thatched cottages of Ulster to the log cabins of the American Frontier. Soak up the beautiful surroundings as the sun sets over Omagh.
Ensure you pack your picnic basket and then sit back and join in our festival-like atmosphere as we gather to celebrate the work of your local Marie Curie Nurses with live music and family entertainment.
The evening will end with celebrations to mark the time Marie Curie Nurses begin their night shifts - to remember the fantastic work they do in caring for people with terminal cancer and other illnesses.
