DoItForCharity.com is delighted to announce the continuation of it's nationwide 5km running events giving ALL UK charities the opportunity to benefit from this highly popular method of fundraising. For 2010 the DoItForCharity.com race series is better than ever:

Super Heroes 5km Run/Walk London 13th June
Super Heroes 5km Run/Walk Manchester 26th September
Santa 5km Run/Walk 5th December

Race Features

Each event will be a run held over a distance of 5km through city centre parkland. As mentioned above each location will have a maximum capacity of 1000 runners and places are therefore strictly limited. To give all charities the best opportunity of benefiting from this nationwide race series we are offering all charities the chance to pre-register their runners' places as follows:

Gold: 100 places at your selected venue at just £15 per place.

Silver: 50 places at your selected venue at just £17.50 per place.

Bronze: 25 places at your selected venue at just £20 per place.

Aluminium: 10 places at your selected venue at just £25 per place.

Gold Plus: 100 places across all venues at just £15 per place.

Silver Plus: 50 places across all venues at just £17.50 per place.

All event organisation and administration is included in this price which can easily be recovered by simply charging your runners a registration fee of the same amount. We will also be setting a suggested minimum sponsorship level of £100 for all runners which means your sponsorship raising potential is as follows:

Gold & Gold Plus: £10,000 raised (£100 x 100 runners).

Silver & Silver Plus: £5,000 raised (£100 x 50 runners)

Bronze: £2,500 raised (£100 x 25 runners)

Aluminium: £1,000 raised (£100 x 10 runners)

All you need do now is decide which cities you would like to reserve your places for and then sign up to your chosen package.

Each event will be fully organised by the highly experienced Skyline events management team leaving you to concentrate on finding participants to run on your behalf. Planned race features include:

  • Start/Finish Gantry
  • Full infrastructure includine course markers and marshalls, first aid and toilet facilities
  • Free water for all runners
  • 10 minute warm-up session compered by fitness professionals

Skyline will also take care of all event administration including receiving runner registrations and sending out directions and other race information to all participants.

Finally as with all Skyline events you will receive free marketing materials including images, an information pack in electronic format and free online booking branded to your charity!
