“From the time I signed up to do the Cycle in Vietnam, right through to my return flight home, I can't praise them enough. All through the trip we had much needed support, both medically and morally, and thankfully, we needed the latter more than the other. Everything had been thought about, all the stops were well planned and each days' itinerary was achievable. It wasn't easy, but then it's not called a CHALLENGE for nothing! The support was very involved with training tips, pre-challenge diet tips, packing lists, pre-trip medical advise and a great information seminar which was very useful. The operators sadly cannot take responsibility for a numb bum, so make sure you've got good cycle shorts!!! I met some fantastic people on the trip and have regular catch ups since we've been back”

We did get a bit wet but that was mostly down to one of our team members having an ‘over-enthusiastic’ paddling technique! “I did a tandem parachute jump last weekend and just wanted to thank everyone involved, particularly my instructor Al. It was the most incredible and exhilirating experience I've ever had and can't wait to do it again!! I'm still scared of heights but I found that so was my instructor and he's done over 1000 jumps! If anyone out there would love to do a jump but their fear of heights is putting them off I can assure them they would absolutely love it, go for it (and this this comes from a woman who can't change a lightbulb)!!!!”
